50's Style Bar

This customer wanted a retro-1950's soda fountain style bar. We used glass blocks and neon back lighting to create this unique bar. The boomerang-shaped Formica top has 1950's style chrome edging.  The diamond pattern of the tiled floor adds to the feeling of the good old days.

The bar area has a sink and under-counter frig, and has overhead lighting to give atmosphere to the area where friends and family gather to talk and laugh and share memories.

The Fonz would certainly say this custom-built bar is “Cool man.” Just looking at the bar stools will bring back memories for people who were teens in the 50s and 60s. Traditional soda shop stools are shiny pedestals topped by red upholstered seats.  Makes you want to jump up on the stools and order a chocolate shake to share with your best girl or guy.
