When Minnesota Wild Head Coach Bruce Boudreau wanted to add a high-end custom bar to his home, he asked NHL players, including former Wild goalie Jon Casey, for recommendations.
That’s how Primo Craft came to be in Boudreau’s lower level, designing this completely custom bar to fit a specific niche. It was also designed to complement existing pieces of various high-quality wood already at play in a sprawling game room—with its trophy case on the wall.
Crafted of solid maple, the bar is stained in walnut and features a distinctive burl-inlay top coated in resin for a long-lasting finish. The mirrored back bar with a bump-out creates a focal point, showcasing bottles, glassware and giving the illusion of more space beyond. A sink, built-in cooler and wine fridge ensures that whoever’s tending this superb bar will be able to accommodate any order.
In the Boudreau home entertainment area, when someone says, “Pull up a stool,” they can perch on some most unique bar stools the coach brought to Minnesota from his last coaching location. Covered in red leather, these stools are fun to look at—and fun to sit on.
